Marinade for Chicken Roma
Two tablespoons olive oil
Two tablespoons red wine vinegar
One tablespoon lemon juice
Two teaspoons Penzey’s Italian herbs
Two teaspoons Penzey’s Italian Dressing base.
Mix well
Put in half chicken
Marinate 24 hours or freeze for later use (if you bought a fresh chicken—not frozen)
Marinade for Hong Kong Chicken
Two tablespoons toasted sesame seed oil
Two tablespoons white wine vinegar
One tablespoon lemon juice
Two teaspoons soy sauce
One tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
One half cup chopped onion
Mix well
Put in half chicken
Marinate 24 hours or freeze for later use (if you bought a fresh chicken—not frozen)
